    My cat died on May 14th, she was 18 when she passed. I'm 19 so I've pretty much known her for all of my life. I was devastated with she died. Everything was so empty and horrible. But guild wars 2 has helped me with this SOOOO much. Having things to look forward to and goals to achieve in a time where I'm locked inside all day after a massive tragedy has made me not fall into the depression that I can easily fall into without this game. I've been playing everyday and have been setting goals for myself to keep me busy. Like today I grinded out the open sky collection and got my griffin mount. Took me about 5 hours to do it and I loved it so much. Playing this game gives me an unbelievable sense of enjoyment, it's magical in a way. So thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for providing me such an amazing experience!

    I also want to thank the community, every single person I've met has been welcoming and very nice. I haven't met a single person who gives off a bad vibe. That also has helped me. If anyone reading this has encountered Saragar Death Curer (really cringy name I know lol) thank you so much for being nice to me. It has helped me more then you can know. Also, thanks to the LEGENDARY Jeremy Soule for composing music to help me fall asleep at night now that I don't have my cat to help me. Anyway I'm off to fly around my griffon till I fall asleep, thanks guys!!!!

    So for those of us who have played way too many charr, if you've been to the new map you might have been wondering why some of the names were sounding very familiar. As it turns out, about half of the Dominion Cache Champions you fight are choices from the charr Personal Story, when you are beginning to rebuild your warband. Another one is from the PS, but not of your warband. Rather, you fight to protect them.

    I found it an interesting easter egg, and like a guildie of mine mentioned it makes it really hit home that this is a charr civil war indeed. Just ooowch. though. Rest in peace former bandmates.

    PSA: Stormcaller Weapons from reward tracks

    These new weapons are relatively expensive to make from what I see, and they're obviously expensive on the TP. If you don't want to spend the gold, you can get a total of 6 of them done just by doing the Drizzlewood reward track in PvP and WvW. You can't repeat it, but it can take a chunk out of your expenses. Also the reward tracks give legion backpacks? Which I don't know where you even get those in PvE. And the last box has the bear shaman skins in it so you don't have to spam Cold War as much.

    And now's a pretty good time to do the reward tracks in PvP since the 3v3 mini season leads to much faster games than your usual conquest matches.
