| Posted: 08 Jan 2020 03:03 AM PST Just to make this clear first, I'm not bashing the gem store, just using previous history to let me try and make a somewhat accurate(?) assumption into what direction Anet are heading in with this release. Let's say that based on previous interactions with the gem shop each Mythic Weapon Choice box will be only obtainable through a 2000 gem package, that's 30,000 gems it'd take to get the full collection. A full collection rewards you with a total of 3 achievement points and 7 black lion claim tickets. Now why would they be giving black lion claim tickets for non-black lion weapon skins? Was the original intention to make these black lion ticket skins? Or is this the direction Anet are now heading in. Do they plan on releasing the next 17 outfits alongside this collection? The only difference between this concept and the golden lion weapon skins, or immortal, is that there are no collections tied between the two latter, do they actually plan on releasing enough choice boxes this time round to complete the collection? Alot of questions rise from this subtle, yet thought provoking choice to add a collection tied to the "2000 gem weapon box". [link] [comments] | ||

| Snow Crows [SC] Deimos Speed kill (2:30) Posted: 07 Jan 2020 11:05 AM PST Hello Reddit and fellow Guild Wars 2 players, Snow Crows is proud to present you our newest effort of optimize a raid encounter. Our Gameplan: Going into this project our only idea was that classes had been buffed since the last time SC did it. We soon noticed that with the higher dps there is no way we get 4 signets like the previous record and we noticed that Alacrity on Saul (to reduce signet cooldown) was unnecessary. That lead to us dropping the Chrono and replacing it with one more of that broken blue class. As a result we had the druid takeover handkiting and one of the Firebrands tanked. Plaguedoctors gear was used to increase druids survivability and to not interfere with toughness tanking. We also realized that we need to sacrifice not only the 25% person but also the 50% person so we could perfectly utilize the second signet. In addition to sacrificing our 50% person we also had that person GG to avoid any additional tear spawns in the demonrealm. There are so many bots that are still running at the start of the new season that have been around since 3 seasons ago?! What the fuck is going on man? If Anet can't handle it then maybe they should give some responsibilities to the player base and make some player moderators or something that spend a few hours a week scouting for, and banning these bots. It's absolutely pathetic that a game of this size has such terrible macro management. I mean even fucking Oldschool Runescape has a team DEDICATED to busting bots.
