Why is zerg lag so bad all of a sudden? Posted: 30 Mar 2021 12:36 AM PDT I normally get a playable 200-250ms latency (Kiwi) in normal content, and in WvW that sometimes spikes up to a suboptimal 500-750ms in big WvW fights. This week my latency could probably be measured in minutes instead of milliseconds. I don't actually know, since it stops updating the moment i see an enemy player. I do know that it typically takes 1-2 minutes to disconnect me (In lieu of actually responding to my requests to respawn) after i die from being unable to use skills, not to mention being badly desynced. Dismounting while in sight of the enemy force will leave me with mount skills for an indeterminate amount of time, at which point i will remount if i've done anything so foolish as atteempt to manually dismount on the offchance that my initial dismount request resulted in the old bug where you would be left on foot but with mount abilities. Sorry, i'm just a bit salty at how utterly neglected this game mode seems to sometimes be. I'm on Fort Aspenwood, in case that helps anyone. submitted by /u/Narrrz [link] [comments]

DRM low man builds that worked for you Posted: 30 Mar 2021 08:54 AM PDT Hey all, I have noticed that quite a lot of my guild mates shy away from trying DRMs solo or low man. So I wanted to start a discussion about the builds one can use for low man DRMs in the hopes that people who read this thread can engage DRMs themselves rather than sit in lfg. Myself I run DRMs with my Power Chrono, and I use these two builds chiefly: Standard Open World Power Chrono The trinket stats can be Zerker, Marauder or Diviners to suit your needs. The utility skills are fairly flexible as well, I tend to go with Phantasmal Disenchanter, Well of Action and a stun break (e.g. Mirror Images). The sigils and enhancement depends on whether you are facing Icebrood or Destroyer, so if Icebrood go for Icebrood slaying sigil and consumable etc. Tanky Power Chrono As with before, trinkets can have Zerker, Marauder or Diviner stats, and the sigils and consumables should be changed according to enemy type. Utilities are flexible, though for this build I like to go Phantasmal Disenchanter, Well of Action and Well of Precognition or Mantra of Concentration for extra Aegis and therefore heals. Since I am a Charr, I also like to use Battle Roar, which combined with Persistence of Memory and phantasm spam gives me nigh permanent Fury. So what are the builds you like to use for low man DRMs? I don't play WoW anymore due to the monthly required cost and ESO constantly crashed on my computer (I met the specs and beyond, never could figure out why it crashed so frequently). I love MMORPGs that are not gun based so, I stumbled on GW2. I figured I would ask the veteran community for your input and start-up advice to make the game as enjoyable as possible for my first dive in.
