Legendary skill hunter with no second class

Hey friends, wasn't active in gw for 2 years now. I recently found my old CDs and a test key for nightfall expansion.

Wanted to ask if it's still possible to use the test key to do the legendary skill hunter without taking second class? There was a trick where you will active the test key and choose para/derv and after the 2 weeks you will lose the secondary profession and will stay without but you will have excess to all nightfall counted you did once you buy the full game.

Anybody experienced with this? All threads I found are pretty old and not sure if it's still works

So I just cleared every campaign with my assassin and was thinking of making a non-melee character. Was halfway through the character creation screen when I realized just how much work I put in to my assassin that I would most likely need to put in my new character. New skills from various campaigns, getting all the heroes again, gearing those heroes again, gearing my new character, etc. Just seems like this game isn't very alt friendly and would take an insane amount of time to get the same team build as my assassin.

My ranking of the four campaigns.

EotN: The voice acting, dungeons, story, titles, farming collectibles for cool armor. It just all comes together and makes this campaign really fun. The voice acting especially is a notch above the rest. It's no amazing, but it's good enough to not distract me from the story like the rest of the campaigns do.
Nightfall: I just like the setting and story. The addition of heroes also added a lot of customization and I got a lot of satisfaction fleshing out my hero builds and just destroying everything.
Factions: I like the setting, but the story was really weak in my opinion. I didn't like Shiro as a villain at all. His voice actor was just terrible and sounded like a villain from a cartoon.
Prophecies: So I don't know if everyone just looks at this campaign with a lot of nostalgia or because of their love for pre-searing, but I didn't like Prophecies at all. It just doesn't hold up. The voice acting is terrible (every single bad guy has a stereotypical bad guy voice), the story is all over the place to the point most of the time I had no idea what I was doing I was just getting teleported from mission to mission, and the missions are just so long and tedious. I really didn't enjoy my play through of Prophecies.

Need some clarification on the Prophecy story.

Alright so to summarize quickly: we go to Kryta, White Mantle takes us in, we're all bros, they send us out to take out Shining Blade, Shining Blade tells us to check out what Mantle is really like, we catch Mantle killing innocent people due to religion, guy tells us they sent us to Shining Blade so Shining Blade would kill us, we kill Mantle guys, and now we're bros with Shining Blade. This is cool and all, but I got questions.

Why did the Mantle take us in when they were just going to kill us anyway? I mean it seemed like everyone was getting along and we were helping them. Or was it that one Justicar that wanted us dead and once we killed him that brought the whole Mantle down on us?
Aren't all the refugees we brought still in Lions Arch? So do we just assume they're all dead now?
With all the refugees still in Lions Arch, it's weird that we were so quick to turn on the Mantle. I mean as messed up as they are they have their own culture and traditions. We didn't even try to ask questions or understand why they were doing these things.
