| Should i go for a mercenary threepack and two char slots, or a full mercenary pack Posted: 21 Feb 2021 08:29 AM PST So i came back to GW1 a few years after i last played it, mostly casually since i was somewhat younger back then and didnt bother with the games complexity much. Now that im back ive really gotten into it, especially since it really scratches that magic the gathering buildcraft itch ive been having a while now. Making up builds is really fun when you actually bother to read what skills do. Who wouldave thought right? But anyway, since ive about 40 euros to spend on gaming and id like it to be for guild wars 1 ive been having issues deciding between the two options stated in the title. I know by osmosis that mercenaries can let you have a lot of fun with the game and its buildcraft but im still wondering if i really need an ability to make all eight of them, especially since i only have eight char slots so its not like i could do something like an all ritualist strat without deleting my other characters. A three pack with two more slots sounds a lot more appealing since i wont need to delete anything on my account that way but im worried im missing some big benefit to going allin on mercenaries and since you cant buy the full pack if you own a three pack im worried i may end up spending more in the long run.
