Whirlwind Attack Sunspear Title Track Question

I've been trying to unlock this skill all morning with no succes so far. Wikipedia says it is unlockable from 3 of the hero skill trainers in Nightfall. So I checked at Kamadan and it's not there. I checked at Sunspear Great Hall and that hero skill trainer had a different set of warrior skills but not whirlwind attack. On the wiki there were 3 hero skill trainers mentioned that would give this skill, the last being at command post, so I spent awhile unlocking that city and checked. Unfortunately that guy had again, a different set of warrior skills but no whirlwind attack. How do I get this skill? Do I need a certain sunspear rank? I am currently at Sunspear rank 6 and I do not currently own the skill cause whenever I try to load a template with it, it is the only skill that won't load. I am very confused at this point. I believe it is worth mentioning I've ran into the same problem on my ritualist trying to unlock the skill "vampirism". Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.
