    Also, some of the pictures look like beta screenshots ffs, is the person who approved "AAAHHHHHHH!" in charge of the steam page?? There are infinitely better pictures right on the gw2 website for the steam page than, for example, the first two pictures they ended up choosing.

    Also, there is more than one great video they could upload. I would be really happy to see the incredible anniversary trailer and the old fractals trailer, the new IBS trailer, this steam page literally looks like a draft from 2012 in its current state, save for the few pictures that actually show off newer content like picture 3.

    Like Anet, you are bringing this game to a platform that will attract new players many of whom will give it a legit chance SOLELY because of their trust in the steam platform, don't set their expectations below what the game is already capable of setting on its own!

    Virtual Performance Opportunity - Aurene, Dragon Full of Light

    Hi everyone! I'm helping coordinate a project that I think (and hope) will interest some of you.

    The Virtual Video Game Orchestra (/u/virtualvgo) has graciously given me the opportunity to help stage a virtual performance of Aurene, Dragon Full of Light. We'll be performing an expanded arrangement (eight parts, with some musical easter eggs!) done by one of my friends and a member of the VVGO leadership team, /u/ranzhavemodrach, and edited by yours truly.

    In order to submit, you'll need to grab the sheet music, download the click track/audio reference, and record part or parts of choice along with it. This group prefers video submissions, but it's completely okay to record audio if you're uncomfortable singing on camera, or even to take audio of yourself and record a proxy singing in your place. (One member uses a teddy bear as a stand-in, making her terrific performance of Snake Eater also quite amusing to watch.) You don't need any qualifications - heck, I have no formal training and I'm doing this anyway - so don't be afraid to give it a shot if you just happen to enjoy singing.

    If you're interested in joining, performance materials and more information can be found on the VVGO Discord! Recordings are due November 1 at 11:59pm Hawaii time.

    Looking forward to seeing some community members join in!

    Gates of Arah is still getting stuck after all this time.

    So the "Get Warmaster Chan to Shank Anchorage before the troops' morale breaks" Event in Cursed Shore that is part of the Gates of Arah Meta is getting stuck. I joined the map around 7hours after the day reset. The npc's you normaly need to escord to Shank Anchorage bug out somehow making them stuck on their position. After some research I found out that this bug is about a year+ old.

    In the wiki there are 2 solutions to fix the bug.

    • Wait until the next time the server resets, i.e. after a game update or server maintenance.
    • Successfully lure a Champion Risen Giant from Craven Blight to the Pact force's location and allow this foe to deplete their morale.

    I Tried to lure a champion Risen Giant to the camp 5times in the past 5hours. Every time some random pug or two come along and just kills it or let it run away again. The npc are stuck for a couple hours now, stopping the meta from happening.

    [EU] PSA: Please use MAP IPs on LFG by typing /ip

    PSA for EU only because its highly used on NA but apparently not at all across the pond.

    PLEASE, make everybody's lives easier by using MAP IPs on your LFG squad listings.

    I understand people in EU don't know how or what is a MAP IP or why is it helpful. When you put your squad on LFG for high volume metas such as TD and AB and in this case Labyrinth Farm for Halloween, (or previously Boss Blitz in Crown Pavillion) lots of map instances are created and each one has its own IP number which you can find by typing /ip in map chat. The last digits after the period are what you include on your lfg listing.

    By doing this, and by having many different squads on the map + many different instances, you make sure that people KNOW which squads are on the same map, and which map instances are full. In an efficient and fast way. When people do metas and hop from map to map its very very annoying and confusing to post squads like:

    ''Meta Rata xx:00',

    ''Nuh XX:00'',

    ''Come come Ogre! Meow!',

    ''Rata new map not full''

    'meta scAR on me!'

    (and so on and so forth...), instead, using map IP numbering LFG looks like this:

    SCAR IP239

    OGRE IP45

    RATA IP239 FULL

    NUH IP239 FULL

    RATA IP45 NOT FULL

    (and so on and so forth...)

    I really hope this becomes more mainstream in EU, I'm not sure if its due to language barrier or some other reason that people dont use this but I literally just logged in to do some LAB farm and there are 30+ listings on LFG, writing absolute nonsense, most of them full, literally nobody is saying which maps are full and which aren't which is a headache to navigate to say the least.

    I started doing leyline event everyday on two different accounts. For some reason i didn't get mystic coin for both accounts today when I did it. I searched it up and say it could be because of diminishing return. I may not do much farming for those toons, but I also do the TD meta and AB meta straight after. Why am I still getting this issue?
