    Dear Anet devs can we have a talk about Luck, it’s usage and cap.

    More and more veteran players have been at 300% magic find cap for a while, this means for the most this crafting material is barely useful, unless there is a festival with a merchant that wants it.

    Suggestions for luck:

    • It's a crafting material could we have this added to our Material Storage (bank)
    • A slight increase of the cap 300% would also be much appreciated.
    • Have items that require these for crafting and more merchants that desire the Luck.

    After reaching 300% magic find bonus, the bar will turn green. Luck will continue to accumulate up to 472,510. It is important to note that Essence of Luck can still be consumed after this point, essentially wasting the item.

    Some of you may have noticed we've had a few t-shirt spam posts. Make no mistake, these are spam. The links they send to are fake sites to steal your money or install various viruses and other garbage on unprotected machines.

    Unforgettably the way they are operating lately there is not much we can do to stop them completely and they are now using bot nets to upvote their posts and downvote any comments pointing out it's a bot.

    So if you see one of these posts, don't comment on it. Report it as soon as you see it so automod can take care of it if the mod team does not see it first. If a post is accidentally removed and it's a legit post mod team will restore it as soon as possible.

    Solo T4 (91) Uncategorized (17:27) | Power Renegade

    Hey everyone!

    Back I am with another solo fractal video. This time it's no cm boss but a full T4 fractal. And this time it actually is a record (I think, at least). With the unusual but loved build you've probably never seen: The Power Renegade. Not to be confused with the Power Alacrigade.

    It's actually pretty hard to solo this fractal in a decent time. Who would have thought it would be hard to do a T4 fractal alone? Ridiculous! I gave it a few tries on several other classes a few months/years ago but never managed to beat it or needed way too much time. I gave it another try with my Renegade the last couple days and I not only did it but actually achieved a pretty good time. Basically, the build is trivializing almost all mechanics in this fractal via self sustain, CC and projectile block which helped a lot, as you might have guessed. Again, more information about this run is in the video description.

    Would you guys be okay with the next elite specs not adding any new weapons to a class, but instead changing the skills of that weapon

    Let's say for example that warriors now get all new skills when using a dual swords or even a greatsword with the cantha inspired elite specialization.

    It wouldn't have to be for all of the classes but maybe some could just get all new play styles and skills with older weapons.

    Or even having a new weapon but then also getting a new skill with an older weapon.

    So lets say Mesmer gets Dagger offhand but then Sword main hand now has all new skills as well.

    What do you guys think. Should we stick to elites specializations adding new weapons or maybe changing older weapons?

    Revenant should get another main/offhand weapon combo that changes properties depending on your invoked Legend. Basically Trident but on land.

    This could mean huge things for the class as a whole in terms of variety and playstyles.

    With a main-hand capable of providing support (and a few changes to Herald) we could see a heal support Herald build become viable again and see Shield get some usage.

    With a new offhand weapon we could potentially see an alternative to just running Sword/Sword for Power Herald and Alacrigade. Or even allow Heal Alacrigade to run Staff and (New Weapons)

    And because we'd finally have a second set of condi weapons, Core Condi Revenant could potentially be a thing that works. It might not be as good as Renegade, but it could potentially be an alternative. Or just give people who might not like shortbow or mace a new option.

    Finally, whatever new elite spec we get with the next expansion, it will have more variety. As it is now, if we were to get a power spec and a power weapon, we'd be have no other option than just swords. If we had another set of weapons to work with, then it'd allow for more flexibility with the class.

    It's all just theory and none of these playstyles would have to necessarily be meta, but just the extra weapons could bring a lot more fun into the class.

    Doesn't training datedevil give you a staff?

    I thought anytime you trained an elite spec it gave you a weapon, and for DD it was staff. How come it didn't give me one when I trained Daredevil?

    I guess I could go snag one on trading Post, but I could've sworn it was supposed to give me one when I first train DD. Thought it strange. Am I missing something obvious?

    Weekly Mini Pet Contests!!!!

    Hello all!

    I host Mini Pet Contests every week/ every other week and am looking to invite anyone who has an awesome collection or looking to try something new to join in!

    What is a Mini Pet Contest and how do you play?

    Simple! Everyone lines up and I activate a mini pet. You must activate the same one or you get a strike. Three strikes and you are out of the tournament. The mini pets start off easy and get harder as the contest goes on. This continues until only two people remain. Those two people face off in a 10 round contest, each taking 1 turn showing off their best and most rare mini's hoping their opponent doesn't have it to score a point. If their opponent has it, no points. This is done once per player for each round. Who ever has the most points after ten rounds wins! If tied then they both keep doing additional rounds until a winner is crowned!

    What mini pets are allowed?

    All mini pets that can be bought directly with gems or have ever been able to be bought directly with gems are banned. If unsure we go by the wiki. Also banned are any from collectors editions, verification mini's, and special code mini's. All others are allowed including mini pets from Hall of Monuments, PVP, WvW, Black Lion Chests, Fractals, Mystic Forge, and Trading Post, as well as all others. Short answer, and that you earn in game.

    So what are the prizes?

    Since everyone has different needs we give Gold to First (25g) and Second (5g). First place also gets a seat in our winner take all 250g prize December Championship.

    How do I sign up and what do I need to do to enter?

    The contest is 100% free to enter and all you have to do is join my raid group at the time posted for sign up. It is a FIRST COME basis.

    When and where is the next contest?

    July 8th 2020 9pm Eastern. Normally in Lions Arch but sometimes we do move it around the main towns. Hope to see you there!!!

    What computer/laptop specs are you guys running GW2 on, and what’s the performance like?

    Just curious to know what everyone's computer specs are and what the performance is. I'm thinking about getting a new laptop or PC to play GW2 as my main game, and also some newer titles. I wonder if an i7-10 gen is going to be enough, maybe GW2 being a single core heavy game would benefit better from an i9?

    We have Marauder's, so I don't know why we shouldn't be able to get the toughness variant. It would be great for Warriors. Currently, we can do mixes of Berserker's/Assassin's/Knight's/Cavalier's stats, but they'll always be slightly inferior due to 4 stat combinations having more total stats.

    Problems with gem buying
