    Hello Reddit,

    We've been working on this kill for quite some time now ever since the recent balance patch.

    The SC/qT/ids group posted a 1:28 where they set precedent in the usage of the /gg mechanic post orb-phase, so we decided to utilize this same mechanic in our kill.

    The main things we changed in our kill are the following:

    1. We added back Renegade to the composition in place of a warrior, the stats that renegade gives to the party with Assassin's Presence is close to what warrior gives with its banners, and it does similar damage. "Alacrity is useless in this kill speed", while that is true the renegade in this kill doesn't even give alacrity. The main reason we chose to bring it was for the faster cc, and the 15 might from F2 which allows us to cap might without blasting any firefield (from 2 Clarion Bond procs, and Scepter might from the Dragon Hunter).
    2. We also present the first instance of Virtues DH being used Fractal CM speedkill. Given how busted Virtues DH burst is, we decided to abuse it on P1 where it can get full boon uptime and do a straight up burst by not having it cc; it paid off, as it literally did Soulbeast-level damage in p1 :). Radiance DH was used for p2,3 since the value of sharing Bane Signet and its CC outweighs the difference between its damage and that of the Virtues variant.
    3. Skirmishing Slb! Post patch it got a huge buff, it patches up the missing precision from the warrior's discipline banner, and does a ton of damage too! Convenitently it fully enables Virtues DH too, as it requires a lot of precision to crit cap without the radiance traitline.
    4. We also decided to change the way the One Wolf Pack was distributed, and shared twice on one phase rather than having 1 Slb remain on OS the whole time. In conjuction to this, on the said phase that we did share 2 OWPs, our damage was high enough that we did not need the additional boonduration from moa stance which freed up a utility slot for 1 Slb.

    That said, we theorized the perfect kill time to be 1:25, but we could not be bothered to grind for a perfect time any more than we already did. Feel free to try your hand at it! We love seeing innovation in the Fractal scene :).

    Before we get any comments about how we lost time by not being in the circles when the cap-phase starts. We've been doing this for months now, and most of us aren't idiots. This actually forces the North circle to take 1 less tick to cap and is an overall time save.

    If you noticed, I (the renegade) was able to maintain 100% quickness uptime despite having no Moa Stance enhanced FMW on P2, and also on P3. We stumbled upon a nice little sigil that sort of abates the nerf to the quickness duration on FMW which is [Superior Sigil Of Celery] which provides quickness if you disable the boss. Using this sigil will probably revive the daily strategy of 1 DH (in place of a firebrand) in daily kills even for relatively casual statics! To clarify (only the Renegade and the Guardian would need this sigil on staff + scepter/focus).

    API misses Icebrood Saga masteries

    Title says it all I guess: The API endpoints /v2/masteries and /v2/account/masteries currently are missing the Icebrood Saga masteries.

    Two years ago pinging /u/anet_jason helped when W5 was missing, but I'm not sure whether he's still active.

    edit: I'd like to bring up Strike Missions in general as well

    Title. 90% of the time I open LFG it's to find a group on the map I'm already on. In the case of LA it should either open to Fractals or Raids depending on which you frequent and/or if you are near the respective portal.

    So i was scrolling through the dps benchmarks at snowcrows when i found out there was a longbow Soulbeast build. I was like yoo wat the hell, when did this come around. I find it funny that longbow is now viable in raids. Can someone tell me when this build type popped up?
