    This has to be one of the best patch as far as i could remember.

    maybe the best after expansion.

    the nerfs that actually nerf something. not just toning down 20% and we continue to live with the same craps

    the cape is totally unexpected and it's awesome

    the plate while i don't use much. however i really like now i can adjust my spvp gears from pve. usually i have to go in spvp to adjust which is a huge improve QoL

    great jobs.

    I'm an old school pvp player which enjoys pve and wvw roaming as well.

    The small QoL changes are feeling great to me, the new maps and all Icebrood Saga content feels amazing as a Norn main, the new skins are also on point, I'm a reaper and I wanted more grim/darker stuff.

    As a top pvp player, the balance updates are feeling really fresh, the static AT schedule is amazing, my old pvp team wants to play again for mAT's.

    And we finally got capes.

    Next step would be HoH/tombs like pvp or GvGs, you can do it Anet I believe in you😜

    Title. As someone with many differently named characters that is a member of a big guild,i find it confusing that i and many others constantly see different character names in guild chat instead of one,single account name. Since we are in QoL updates and UI changes/personalisation,could we get this small,but really helpful feature to choose which name we want to see?

    Dynamic UI is great. But could Objectives and Personal Story be separate?

    Hi, I REALLY love the new Dynamic UI change this patch. I honestly believe it's the best new feature.

    I just have minor constructive criticism: I want to Hide Objectives so I can get rid of the personal story ui on my alts. But the current implementation makes it hide event notifications and achievements as well.

    Please let me hide story on my 10 other alts. I've already completed it multiple times.

    Would it possibly be on the table to separate the two?

    Very nice little and not-so-little QoL features were added (hiding stowed weapons check box, dyable backpieces coming, CAPES, yes CAPES are QoL FEATURE.)

     

    But... The most interesting to me is...

    The DYNAMIC UI

    Sooo customizable, the presets are also very very nice

    Hasn't been easy few weeks, so wanted to take the time to praise those features!

    Regarding dye-able backpieces... what is stopping old backpieces from being dye-able, exactly?

    From this quote announcing the emblazoned cape item:

    "While we cannot add dye channels to existing backpieces, keep an eye out for dyeable backpacks of different styles in the future!"

    I'm just curious if there's a specific reason, spaghetti code or not if a dev in the know-how would kindly chime in?
