    The new "Teatime chair" allows you to easily unlock all PvE waypoints with a friend

    Person A owns the chair, and has waypoints unlocked, Person B sits in the chair.

    Person A teleports to a waypoint, Person B teleports with them.

    Repeat for every waypoint in a map.

    They've probably reused siege turtle tech for this.

    It just occurred to me that a Sylvari Pact commander is only 8 years old by the end of Icebrood Saga. Are there any instances of ageism against the Sylvari in game?

    To put things in perspective, the firstborn were born in 1302 AE. The personal story for Sylvari begins with the players birth in 1325 AE. They proceed to kill Zhaitan before their first birthday.

    At the end of IBS, a Sylvari player is 8, and the firstborn are 31.

    I honestly find it kind of weird no one tries to call their experience into question.

    A nice player saw I was excited over them dressed as Santa and gave me some cider and a candy cane, honestly the small kind gestures in life like this make me smile and make my day! This game has never failed me and always makes me happy.

    The Fourth Beta Preview Event Arrives Next Week

    From November 30 to December 4, log in and play the fourth Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons™ beta preview event! All nine of the new elite specializations will be playable, along with the brand new siege turtle mount. Now you have turtle power.

    How to Play

    If you're new to Guild Wars 2, sign up for a free account here!

    To join the fun, log in and create a beta event character by clicking one of the empty character slots marked "Beta" on your character select screen. You'll be able to choose any of the nine Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons elite specializations as the character's profession. Your character will begin in the city of Lion's Arch at level 80, with their elite specialization, build, and gear equipped.

    From there, you can explore the open world or try a game mode dedicated to group play. You'll find options to join the World vs. World and structured Player vs. Player in the bar located at the top left corner of your UI. To tackle the Fractals of the Mists instanced group content, visit Fort Marriner in Lion's Arch and enter the portal.

    You can summon your turtle mount in the open world by clicking the mount summon slot at the very end of your skill bar.

    Please note that the beta characters will disappear on December 4 at 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time (UTC-8) at the end of the event, and any gameplay progress earned while playing on them—including rewards and currency—will not be saved.

    You can teleport people into the VIP areas with the teatime chair.

    If you use the teatime chair and use Royal Terrace Pass, you can bring people into the Royal Terrace, even if they don't have the pass.

    Edit: Tested with airship pass. It gives a constant reload screen to the other player.
