What is wrong with no class diversity in groups?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering what is the current mindset of the overall community. Whenever groups are formed for everything (except SC), people start bothering about single class accumulation. It feels like some clichés cannot disappear.
Why do people refuse to have 3 monks in a party? Why is it forbidden to have more than 2 ritualists? Why do ritualists or derviches are not allowed to play healer (derviches even got a new elite skill giving them that opportunity). Why cannot we have 2 rangers or 2 parangons (the probability of seeing 2 parangons in the same party is currently fairly low) in a single party?
