| "Legendary" mount skins in the same category as The Ascension and Ad Infinitum Posted: 18 Feb 2020 03:59 PM PST So im sure everyone is happy to have an earnable mount skin in game and with the precedent hopefully set i would love to see a collection for a set or 2 of so called legendary mount skins being added. I dont particularly mind that they are massive collections that take time to get thats not too heavily tide to gold, but even if they are its fine to a limited degree. Whats nice about Ascension and AD Infinitum is that they are pretty high quality skins as well with unique effects that actually are better than a lot of the gemstore skins in many ways. I hope this means we get something along these lines to earn for the more dedicated playerbase. Im sure a lot of people won't be happy that they might be a gold or massive time sink but these kinds of rewards are what keeps a lot of people busy and engaged as long as they are decent collections. Both Ad Infinitum and The Ascension were well designed collections with clear goals and play areas that they serviced. [link] [comments] | ||

I'm level 40 and I am Human (ranger) and I am following the personal story and completing hearts. Apart from the personal story I feel like the other quests (hearts) are not connected. | Help/Opinions on a GW2 PC build shopping list Posted: 18 Feb 2020 08:13 PM PST I am hoping to get some sound advise on this build list. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/py326R I'm pretty much building this for GW2, and my 10+years old rig, which was never intended for online games, struggles on most maps. The higher the number of players, or any Expansion Maps, it becomes a slide show. I run the graphics pretty low - Animation, Antialiasing, Shaders, Character Limit + Quality all on Medium. Render is usually Native. Everything else low to none. I might get 30-40 FPS some nights, but 20 is the norm. I intend to keep these settings with a new set up, and hope to get higher FPS on average. I know i'll probably still have to drop the graphics a bit more during meta events and the like, but I'm good with that, as long as the slide show goes away. This goes without saying - I am on a budget. I figure another $50 - $100 for the little extras the can and will pop up. Thank you for taking the time to look at this, I appreciate any feedback. | Posted: 19 Feb 2020 06:20 AM PST Hello, I am an ex-gw2 player. Even though I jump into the game to play the new episodes of the LS season, I don't play this game regularly anymore. The thing is that, despite of that, I still come on the reddit every now and then to see what's going on, and lately there's been quite a lot of hate towards Anet and how they're doing things.
