    Hello community,

    It's my first note I write here so pls excuse me if I do sth wrong...

    I have successfully reactivated my GW1 account last week after several years of absence due to family and job... - I want to use my spare time to play my favourite game again.

    As I do not use my very old computer of 2010 anymore the game is running via my laptop without delays. But of course all my builds I had saved in GW1 are gone. I forgot to save them externally but in my actual case/issue/problem even that would be no help because the folder where to save builds is not shown on my laptop... - I can see my GW folder but when I look into it it is absolutely empty. No files, no subfolders, nothing. The build should be saved in ".../Guildwars/templates/skills" but I can not find this subfolder - maybe it is just an issue of Windows 10 which I use as operating system but wherever i looked into the options of showing folders I didn't find anything... - as a test i copied some builds into the Guildwars folder but they were not shown ingame when I restarted the game... - does anyone have an idea how I can get builds...? I do not want to create my own builds again after so many years...

    Mercenary Hero Complete Pack activation code not added

    Hello everyone !
    New on reddit, I had some trouble today while buying the Mercenary Hero Complete Pack. The pack where you buy 8 slots for making your own char a personnal hero.
    While entering the activation code, an error message displayed the following : " You cannot add this key to your account because you already have the features provided by this key." (Code =180)
    Is this because I already bought 1 slot for mercenary hero a while ago and that you can not have more that 8 slots ?

    I did send a request to the support staff, but I figured I might as well have an answer on reddit before they get in touch with me ! ^^
    Anyone have any ideas ?

    GW2 player looking for resources/advice to help experience the story efficiently.

    Hi there Tyrian friends!

    As the title says, I'm looking to play through the game for the story. Aging myself a bit here, but I played one of the early gw1 betas way back in the day, but haven't really touched the game since, though I own all of it.

    I'm a lore nerd and I wanna understand this Cantha h y p e, hate Kormir more, praise Joko, know why gw1 players cared about seeing Livia so much, and in general just be able to connect more with the in game universe as it exists in gw2, and was wondering if there were any guides or general advice out there specifically tailored to people who just want to play the story efficiently (not really interested in going for gwamm or anything atm)- things like builds/tips/advice/etc. Is it important to play in chronological order? Rough estimate of how long it'll take to play through all of the campaigns? Are there in game communities of people with similar mindsets that I can join?

    Tapestry Shard Bugged

    Hullo! I'm rather new to this game and I was trying to get the tapestry shard from Gwen. I did the broken flute quest, gave her a new flute and a cape, along with about 20 red iris flowers but I still haven't gotten it. Am I doing anything wrong?

    Best role/archetype to play as player?

    A complete beginner perspective question, but I know you play through the campaigns with a band of AI mercenaries or heroes of your choosing depending on their archetype or role. My question is, is there one that really lends itself better for the player than the AI? Is the AI particularly good or bad at healing, crowd control/interrupts, tanking and which do you think the player itself should assume in their stead to ensure things go smoothly? Im sure you can do any just fine but I'd like to play it safe first playthrough. You dont need to go into great detail about specific classes or combinations unless you want to.
