Just downloaded the trilogy from steam after about a 13 year hiatus from guildwars. Trying to get my brother into this game too, but looking for a guild or group of people to help ease the grind and make it more fun!

Protective Bond ends with max energy

Hey there!

I've been fooling around with Protective Bond and found out that for some reason it always ended when I got hit white having it on me despite the hero being full energy and not allowed to cancel it.

What is going on?

Test:

A 539hp character gets enchanted with protective bond by someone with 40 energy (so it could block 9 strikes before ending).

They now walk into a single siege turtle missile and while the enchantment is still up, thecharacter takes 350 damage. The caster lost 4 energy, the enchantment is gone.
