Are the GOTY upgrade weapons still obtainable? Posted: 31 May 2021 05:26 AM PDT I was under the impression that I had the GOTY prophecies edition, however, when I typed in "/bonus", it only gave me the imp stone. Are the weapons no longer obtainable in pre or at all? Alternatively, do I possibly have a different version that only gives the Imp stone with no weapons? Looking for an answer before I purchase the GOTY upgrade, thanks in advance! [link] [comments]
Does still worth to buy the expansions? Posted: 30 May 2021 07:38 PM PDT I played GW1 years ago for a lot of time. I had a lot of adventures and friends in the game but I didn't get NF and EoTN (only Pro and factions) and I know the game nowadays is pretty much dead (nobody of my friends play it anymore) so I wonder, does it worth to get the expansions or better use the money in something else? Turn-based GW1 inspired game looking for testers Posted: 30 May 2021 10:40 AM PDT Hi! I've been working on a turn-based multiplayer game called Tidewoken for over 2 years now and a lot of aspects and features were inspired by my childhood playing Guild Wars 1. You may have seen my original post a long while back, and a lot of progress has happened! The game features a similar build system like gw1, by having a lot of skills to choose from but a limited amount you can equip at the same time, and also one single Elite (called Legendary skills in TW). Making a game with a skill system like gw1 was always my dream, so this is a huge focus for me. Along with the skills are multiple classes where you can mix and match team comps to create synergies. Currently there are 4 finished classes with 48 skills each, 1 new class in progress, and many more planned! Also a lot of the game is designed for a competitive environment, featuring no pure random numbers or elements, or pay2win stuff. A big part of the game is figuring out good builds and team combos, and that is why I'm eager to find testers who enjoy GW1 but also are into or even interested in turn based games as well. At first the game was only planned to have PvP elements, but over the development time the urge to have some sort of PvM grew steady. Now we have 4 finished dungeons as well for up to 4 players, and many more are planned. By playing PvP or Dungeons you earn currency to unlock new skills and perks (Perks are similar to equipment), profile cosmetics like avatars, titles or even cosmetic items for the character builds. If you're interested and want to help us make a great gw1 inspired game, please check out the game on Steam: Steam Store page There you can check out the features, directly sign up for the alpha test ("Request Access" on the Playtest thingy) and if you want to keep updated put it on your Wishlist. The test is scheduled to start next week on the 3rd of June, at around 2pm EST. If something changes about that I'll post it instantly on our Discord Server: Discord Server On Discord there will be more information about the test as well, and players to connect with for playing and testing. As a zero budget project we're excited to meet everyone of you and hear your feedback about the game. Thanks a lot for reading! edit: I posted a few videos about the game on our YT channel as well: YouTube [link] [comments]
Taxi for local quarters needed Posted: 30 May 2021 06:09 PM PDT Hey! I heard a non-faction character actually can go to the Vizunah Square (Local) if they team up with a natural faction character and finish the Zen Daijun mission and proceed the factions story quest. Would anyone be so kind and Taxi me there? I have a full team so I bring the muscle. Also it's NM aka a joke p much. I really just need a factions character to follow. [link] [comments]
