Guild Wars Alt Tab glitches

Hey all,

I dont remember this being a glitch years ago, but since i came back to the game i noticed that if im in open world zone, and i alt tab out of game to check something the game acts like its getting 5fps and the heros and enemies random teleport across the screen, the only way i can fix it is to rezone into an outpost and start again,

Im not sure if something changed over the years in settings, or something i need to change to stop this, i run the game at 2560x1440, has anyone else come across this, and if so how did you fix it.
