Posted: 27 Nov 2019 03:42 AM PST my biggest problem is that not every non-cm fractal has +- the same length in an optimal scenario. it doesnt feel rewarding to play e.g. sirens reef as daily fractal (or even non daily) instead of e.g. a solid ocean run [link] [comments]
How we got to Bjora Marches.... Posted: 26 Nov 2019 05:40 PM PST Am i the only one who really hates the fact that we took a helicopter up to Grothmar Valley and then instead of just moving to the west we had to go all the way back down to central Tyria and then take a helicopter back just to move one map over? I know it's not the end of the world, but this kind of thing really bothers me. Why couldn't we just move through a cave or path in the mountains its literally right next to the zone? I hate how disjointed it felt going from one to the other. I don't see why we couldn't just take a route by foot considering how big the gap is between the desolation and vabbi or vabbi and jahai bluffs. [link] [comments]

Posted: 27 Nov 2019 07:33 AM PST Seriously, I do love this game and I want it to live a healthy and long life, but I'm getting really sad and pessimistic when I have to read one bad thing after another that regards A-Net and the game itself. This dev gone, that important dev gone, speculations of the game dying (justified in this case) and so on. They told us to hang onto that tiny ray of hope. Now correct me if I'm wrong but when theres hope, there also must be something concrete in the future that we can look forward to. Well.. what would it be in this case? A fancy promise about a cool written storry is not enough for me. I mean: What blast the prologue was! The goddamn awesome skins, the beautiful map, a great premise for the plot. But holy hell, episode 1 was one hell of a sucker imho. So goddamn short, a map that was really similar to bitterfrost frontier, masteries that were utterly useless! I mean seriously: Telling us that we need those things, did anyone actually think "goddamn, these mobs are so hard, I gotta get this and that essence." No. You just continue roflstomping. And that counts for the boneskinner aswell. What an overhyped piece of trashmob. Oh, and advertising with "new guild hall decorations" and putting in ONE single thing is just rediculous. Like many posts here say: We do love this game and thats why we want it to succeed. But things aren't working out apparently. We had 2 top posts when the episode hit back then, one about the launcher and the other one about the black trading company symbol. Come on, that's gotta mean something.. Yesterday we just got a new glider patched in, it's new content but is it really? [link] [comments]
Posted: 27 Nov 2019 06:28 AM PST Despite some of its well-known flaws, I've gotten a lot of enjoyment out of GW2's SPVP. I enjoy playing ranked during seasons as it gives me a quick way to log in, win a match to complete my dailies, progress towards decent rewards, and log back out within an hour or two when I'm ready to do something else. The combat is pretty fluid and the variety of potential builds is solid without being overwhelming. Looking ahead, it's clear that the experience won't last forever. For those who've already left or are considering leaving, is there anything else on the current market (be it an MMO or a MOBA, not an FPS) that captures some of the things above that I value in GW2? So far I've only tried ESO's battlegrounds. They're fun despite their overall bugginess (matches that never start, advantages based on gear acquired from other game modes), but there are no reward tracks or real sense of progression. Wurms seem to be immune of dragon corruption Posted: 26 Nov 2019 08:59 PM PST There are many Wurms in the Crystal Desert and Shiverpeaks. but we don't see Branded or Icebrood Wurms, there are no Risen or Destroyer Wurms, just some Modrem looks like Wurm. [link] [comments]

Posted: 26 Nov 2019 12:50 PM PST Being where we are going with the story and what the weather outside is doing, I am craving some wintery gear. Mostly playing cloth characters right now. Double points for no bare chests as that looks so silly on my Charr. [link] [comments] |
